Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as “HPE”) Engage & Grow – Top Achievers Club (hereinafter referred to as “E&G” and “TAC” respectively). The E&G TAC is an Incentive Scheme under which Top Performers from Participants, as further defined below, can win the prizes found in the “Achievers Club Prizes” Section.
The Promoter of E&G - TAC is the HPE entity defined in your locally applicable E&G Terms and Conditions (“HPE”). HPE has appointed Aximpro GmbH, with its registered office in Freising (Germany) (“Aximpro”) to execute E&G and, in this context, to operate the TAC on behalf of HPE as its subcontractor.
The E&G - TAC Incentive Scheme is open to registered sales representatives of participating E&G Partner Ready Business & Silver Partner (“Participants”) located in a participating Region. Participating Regions are: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Gulf, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE.
In order to participate, sales representatives need to be approved by the Participant’s administrator nominated by Participants. In order to do so, the Participant’s administrator needs to activate the incentive for the Participant in the E&G TAC Navigation section and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Please note: Before you can participate the company manager has to agree. This is confirmed through the program admin by accepting the T&Cs for TAC.
The Incentive Scheme shall run from 1 September 2017 up to and including 31 October 2017.
The winners will be announced no later than end of November 2017.
HOW TO WIN
To qualify for participation in the prize competition, sales representatives must log into their account at least once every 30 days (otherwise your TAC account will be deactivated) and collect a minimum of 100 Bonus Points over the Incentive Period, which equals one earned star at the "Earned BP" Badge.
Performance is measured based on the overall achievements on HPE Credits and Badges collected. Only one sales representative will be eligible to win per participating company. Further details of the Incentive Scheme and how one can win prizes are explained on the TAC landing page within the E&G TAC Navigation.
Sales representatives employed by Participants controlled by the public sector are excluded from participation in the Incentive Scheme.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL TAX AND SOCIAL SECURITY LAW
Participants (or their employee to whom the benefits is given as the case may be) will be directly responsible for accounting for and paying to their local tax offices any tax liability, social security or National Insurance (NI) contributions arising from participation in the E&G TAC. HPE and Aximpro will not assume any liability for tax, social security or NI arising from participation in any incentive offered in the framework of E&G TAC.
This Incentive Scheme shall be governed by the laws applicable to local E&G Terms & Conditions.
HPE reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or discontinue this Incentive Scheme at any time without prior notice and within its own reasonable discretion.
In the unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of HPE or Aximpro shall be final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
HPE and Aximpro cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and to the extent permitted by law shall not be held liable for any act or default by any third party. Participants in this Incentive Scheme agree that HPE shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Incentive Scheme except that nothing in this clause shall limit HPE’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
HPE shall have the right to exclude Participants’ sales representatives from the Incentive Scheme at their reasonable discretion and without prior notice.
